Delivery conditions
Lisbon City Route - Order by 12:00 delivery the next day, minimum value for free postage 70€ excluding VAT.
Mafra Route - Order by Monday, delivery on Wednesday, minimum value for free postage 150€ excluding VAT.
Cascais route - Order up to two days in advance, delivery on Tuesday and Thursday, minimum value for free postage 150€ excluding VAT.
South Bank route - Order up to two days in advance, delivery Tuesday and Friday, minimum value for free postage 150€ excluding VAT.
Porto Route - Order up to two days in advance, delivery Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, minimum value for free postage 150€ excluding VAT.
Algarve route - Order up to two days in advance, delivery on Friday, minimum value for free postage 250€ excluding VAT.
Area outside the usual route - Order up to two days in advance, check delivery date, minimum value for free postage 450€ excluding VAT.
Emergency shipping or no minimum;
Lisbon city - 15€
Other regions - 20€
Returns
If you receive a product that does not conform to the order, you must immediately notify the employee who is carrying out the delivery and record this on the invoice.
If you notice any nonconformity after receiving the order, you should send an e-mail to portugal@tokyo-ya.pt.
We do not exchange frozen and fresh items made available to the customer which are not claimed at the time of delivery.
Other products normally have 15 days from the date of delivery to be exchanged.
